Grant Rights

As can be seen from the image below, InstaSecure allows an author to grant granular rights to differnet viewers of a document. The rights that can be given are

• Read: Viewer of this document can read the document.
• Print: Viewer of the document can print the document.
• Edit: Viewer can edit the document.
• Copy/Paste and screen capture: With out this permission a viewer of this document will not be able to copy content out of the doucment or take a screen capture of the document.
• Off line: THe author can give a viewer temporary off line acces to the document. The viewer need not be connected to the server to view the document.
• Roaming: If this right is not given, the the document is locked to the first system on which it is opened. The viewer will not be able to open this document on any other system.
• Expiry date or shred by date: The author can choose to have a time sensitive document expire on a certain date.
